People close to Sen. John McCain have told the White House that the ailing Arizona Republican does not want President Donald Trump to attend his funeral and would like Vice President Mike Pence to come instead, a source close to McCain confirmed to NBC News.

When we are on the way out it’s time to make peace with god, our fellows and forgiveness. This shows how deeply mCtumor is imbedded in the deep state as he called for war with every country and sent me and my friends, who joined the military to defend our country and get to play with neat weapons and blow shit up in trainings, many of them never made it home and here he is making a last selfish act. Maybe he feels Trump is avoiding too many world conflicts and not killing enough people. I hate to say it but good riddance to this guy who’s main goal was to destroy America and create the new world order

I used to be a fan of McCain around 2000 or so. Now, not so much. He's certainly not bowing out gracefully, but then again I feel like this will be the case for a lot more to follow. He allowed Obama to walk all over him and smiled as he did so.
