I mean wow....your side has Trump pinned in Kirk....now you just wait for the walls to cave in on him....this time there's no escape, he's toast, he's done, in fact we should all probably focus on the Democrat Primary to see just who our next President will be because SURELY, with 110% certainty it'll be a Democrat

The whistleblower has nothing to do with the story. He just made the story public. Trump does not have any right to face the whistleblower. This is yet another bullshit talking point.

I've aready told you what will happen here. The GOP Senators will refuse to find Trump guilty but he'll be very obviously guilty.

Roger Stone off to prison now as well then. Heading for double figures in guilty pleas and prison sentences for the Trump campaign/administration.

Not according to Democrats. According to Trump's national security team. Read a fucking newspaper.

Some interesting stories you won't have got from Fox News or talk radio recently:

WASHINGTON — In the 2017 fiscal year, FedEx owed more than $1.5 billion in taxes. The next year, it owed nothing. What changed was the Trump administration’s tax cut — for which the company had lobbied hard.
The public face of its lobbying effort, which included a tax proposal of its own, was FedEx’s founder and chief executive, Frederick Smith, who repeatedly took to the airwaves to champion the power of tax cuts. “If you make the United States a better place to invest, there is no question in my mind that we would see a renaissance of capital investment,” he said on an August 2017 radio show hosted by Larry Kudlow, who is now chairman of the National Economic Council.

Four months later, President Trump signed into law the $1.5 trillion tax cut that became his signature legislative achievement. FedEx reaped big savings, bringing its effective tax rate from 34 percent in fiscal year 2017 to less than zero in fiscal year 2018, meaning that, overall, the government technically owed it money. But it did not increase investment in new equipment and other assets in the fiscal year that followed, as Mr. Smith said businesses like his would.

Nearly two years after the tax law passed, the windfall to corporations like FedEx is becoming clear.

In one industry after another, he writes, a few companies have grown so large that they have the power to keep prices high and wages low. It’s great for those corporations — and bad for almost everyone else. Many Americans have a choice between only two internet providers. The airline industry is dominated by four large carriers. Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Google are growing ever larger. One or two hospital systems control many local markets. Home Depot and Lowe’s have displaced local hardware stores. Regional pharmacy chains like Eckerd and Happy Harry’s have been swallowed by national giants.
Other researchers have also documented rising corporate concentration. Philippon’s biggest contribution is to explain that it isn’t some natural result of globalization and technological innovation. If it were, the trends would be similar around the world. But they’re not. Big companies have become only slightly larger in Europe this century — rather than much larger, as in the United States.

The European Union has kept competition alive by blocking mergers and insisting that established companies make room for new entrants. In telecommunications, smaller companies often have the right to use infrastructure built by the giants. That’s why Philippon’s parents can choose among five internet providers, including a low-cost company that brought down prices for everyone. In air travel, European discount carriers like easyJet have received better access to the gate slots they need to operate. The largest four European airlines control only about 40 percent of the market. In the United States, that share is 80 percent, and, as you’d expect, airfares are higher. Even Southwest Airlines has begun to behave less like a low-fare carrier.
The irony is that Europe is implementing market-based ideas — like telecommunications deregulation and low-cost airlines — that Americans helped pioneer. “E.U. consumers are better off than American consumers today,” Philippon writes, “because the E.U. has adopted the U.S. playbook, which the U.S. itself has abandoned.”

    https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/10/o...er-prices.html

When antitrust cases are brought in federal courts through appelate courts right up to the Supreme Court guess which judges decide in favour of big business against consumers? Yes, and because conservative judges also believe that corporations are people and thus able to give unlimited contributions to Republican politicians as part of their right to free speech this cycle of corporate crony conservative politicians appointing conservative judges continues. See how this works?

And look what happens when a Democratic president is elected. This is not recent but the people out there with a brain will appreciate it:

Oh you've got THAT right, the whistleblower has absolutely 0 to do with the story. Odd that certain parts of this story are for public consumption and others most certainly are not....Trump released the transcript of the call which torpedoed the usefulness of the "whistleblower".

That doesn't matter in the House though where the Democrats are the majority....so WILL the Democrats impeach? If they do what happens then?

Roger Stone did nothing wrong, if he's guilty then we're going to need a bigger prison because plenty of people called for the release of HRC's emails and plenty of people would have been in contact with various people to obtain those documents.....oh well, it's all a one way street though to the deep state.

So why are you going on and on about the whistleblower?

Trump is going to get impeached. That means he then goes on trial in the Senate at which point the GOP Senators will ignore all the evidence and find him not guilty.

Roger Stone was found guilty of seven felonies in a court of law by a jury of his peers. Witness tampering, lying under oath and so on. Can you name a single person connected with the Democrats who has lied under oath, tampered with a witness or any other of the charges Stone was found guilty of? If they've done these things why haven't they been charged?

A#1 he's not blowing any whistle #2 if he did that during Obama's term in office he'd be in jail #3 he wasn't on the phone call in question

Well best of luck with that strategy if that is where it ends up going.

James Comey lied under oath, Adam Schiff blatantly lied to Congress, if Paul Manafort is guilty of disregarding FARA then John Podesta is just as guilty, one William Jefferson Clinton tampered with witnesses giving testimony as well, but oh well I guess SOME people get a pass.

He unquestionably did blow the whistle. If he hadn't we'd have never heard any of this criminality.

He wouldn't be in jail if he'd done something similar during Obama's term in office. The whistleblower followed the legally codified guidelines for blowing the whistle on something illegal happening in the government. Can you point to one example of a whistleblower following the legal whistleblowing guidelines and being charged or imprisoned during the Obama years? Of course you can't. If you think you can read the question again.

It doesn't matter that he wasn't on the phone call. This has already been explained to you. It's like arguing with a talking goldfish. Something gets explained to you but by the time you've swum round the bowl once you've forgotten all about it.

Comey did not lie to congress. If he had he would have been charged with lying to congress. Schiff has never been a witness under oath so couldn't be charged with lying to congress, you're either parroting yet another bullshit lie you heard on Fox or talk radio or you've misunderstood something.

Manafort pled/was found guilty of money laundering, tax evasion, conspiracy against the United States, embezzlement, bank fraud, making false statements and witness tampering along with failing to register as a foreign agent. Endless Democratic and Republican lobbyists including Podesta also hadn't registered as foreign agents but were not prosecuted due to this law having not really been enforced leading to hundreds of lobbyists not obeying it. Manafort pled guilty to it. The rest of them weren't required to plead guilty to it as they were simultaneously facing over a dozen other indictments including tax evasion, money laundering, etc etc.

    What criminality?

Actually given Obama's track record with whistleblowers, YEAH he would be in jail.

Thank you for admitting that the law as enforced is a one way street and is only being used to impugn Trump and his Administration.

"We know because we have a number of documents, a growing body of evidence," to suggest Comey may have lied about that coordination. "Not only was that false, but we know that over and over again now, we have emails that would suggest that that testimony was false and at best misled the American public, at worst was lying to Congress," he said.

Adam Schiff has lied about interactions with the whistleblower and vice versa and not only that Lt. Col. Vindman lied today in front of Congress: VINDMAN, on October 29: "I do not know who the whistleblower is."

    vs

VINDMAN and his lawyer, today: I won't tell you the name of the intel analyst I deliberately leaked to, because it would out the anti-Trump whistleblower.

Boy Kirk you are about as write about this being like russiagate for trump. There is nothing here although you will fine tidbits of of quotes in mother jones to prove corruption here like you did trump being a Russia agent. There is nothing here Kirk. The Dems just need to try to damage trump as they now they don’t have the goods to beat him 2020. I’m not sure Kirk, you portray yourself as so smart but you are so wrong so many times. It’s best to let you quote your liberal rag and twitter to prove how wrong your alleged right is. Much of the shit we heard last week couldn’t wouldn’t be admissible in court. Some of today’s would and it amounts to nothing. These guys won’t even mention third party shit as they know they can’t verify or interrupt the info. So some stuff trump did was out of step with the way trump does shit. Well thank goodness for that cause we have been fucking up shit. So the Ukraine wanted Hillary and try to influence US media? Wtf Kirk it’s all the opposite of the shit you spew. Good luck with the rest of your ur crystal ball shit, maybe give it a little polish because it seems to be covered in shit. The president didn’t have to hand over zilch but he did. Damn you are so wrong, I can’t believe the Dems even got to you in England. You even bought the bullshit and believed trump was a Russian plant.

MPs demand Zelensky, Trump investigate suspicion of U.S.-Ukraine corruption involving $7.4 bln
    https://en.interfax.com.ua/news/pres...ce/625831.html
KYIV. Nov 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian members of parliament have demanded the presidents of Ukraine and the United States, Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump, investigate suspicions of the legalization of $7.4 billion by the "family" of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych through the American investment fund Franklin Templeton Investments, which they said has ties to the U.S. Democratic Party.

At a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency on Wednesday, MP Andriy Derkach announced that deputies have received new materials from investigative journalists about international corruption and the participation of Ukrainian officials in it.

"Last week, November 14, the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO), unnoticed by the media, announced a new suspicion to the notorious owner of Burisma, ex-Ecology Minister Zlochevsky. According to the suspicion, the Yanukovych family is suspected, in particular, with legalizing (laundering) of criminally obtained income through Franklin Templeton Investments, an investment fund carrying out purchases of external government loan bonds totaling $7.4 billion," Derkach said.

You've had a swim round the bowl again. Here's yet another Fox news video explaining the criminal actions Trump is now shown to have committed:

Napolitano: Asking for a favor in return for doing a legal obligation -- releasing the funds -- is pretty clearly a violation of criminal bribery laws. Republicans may not want to acknowledge that, which is why they'd rather undermine the witnesses than address the merits.

    https://twitter.com/LisPower1/status...39387482943489

And you can't find a single example of Obama jailing or trying to jail any whistleblower who obeyed the law as predicted.

And an article of one of Trump's bullshit merchants claiming to have evidence againsy Comey from more than one and a half years ago is the only evidence you can find that Comey lied to congress. If you actually had some kind of working brain you'd remember anIG report a few months ago cleared Comey of a whole bunch of bullshit GOP claims like lying to congress. Of course you're never going to remember that far back are you, goldfish boy.

Schiff hasn't lied under oath to congress. Neither did Vindman. There's only one side lying in this Lyle. Only one side who are terrified to testify under oath.

Yesterday two witnesses called by Nunes and the Republicans testified that there was a quid pro quo and that the allegations about Biden were a bunch of conspiracy theories. Today we get this:

A U.S. diplomat who is a key witness in the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he worked with Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on Ukraine issues on "the President's orders."
Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, said in prepared remarks to the investigation that Giuliani's efforts to push Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy for investigations into Trump's political rivals "were a quid pro quo for arranging a White House visit" for the Ukrainian leader.

    http://news.trust.org/item/20191120133647-5xbu0

But his public testimony Wednesday has destroyed that plan. Sondland has confirmed what is obvious to everybody: The entire scheme was directed by Trump all along. “We followed the president’s orders,” he said. “Everyone was in the loop. It was no secret.”But his public testimony Wednesday has destroyed that plan. Sondland has confirmed what is obvious to everybody: The entire scheme was directed by Trump all along. “We followed the president’s orders,” he said. “Everyone was in the loop. It was no secret.”

    [...]
Sondland testified today that, while he did not want to, he — along with Rick Perry and Kurt Volker — “worked with Mr. Rudy Giuliani on Ukraine matters at the express direction of the president of the United States.”
Sondland undercut the Republican defense that Trump somehow cared about corruption, testifying that Trump didn’t even care about Ukraine conducting the investigations he demanded. Trump merely demanded the announcement of the investigations, which he could tout as evidence of the apparent criminality of Joe Biden and the FBI. Sondland also destroyed the defense that Ukrainians were unaware that military aid had been held up, testifying, “Before the September 1 Warsaw meeting, the Ukrainians had become aware that the security funds had yet to be disbursed.”
And he provided emails showing his own communication with Andriy Yermak, a Ukrainian official, establishing a clear quid pro quo. Yermak assured Sondland in writing that Ukraine would announce the investigations in return for the announcement of a White House meeting between Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky.

My advice to you is to invest in a quality newspaper subscription and maybe learn some facts and evidence so that you can fashion even one coherent argument instead of these horrific outbreaks of passive aggressive bitching.
