Art Acevedo for President - 2020

Well it's less what Trump says vs what is REPORTED that Trump said. But hey I'm sure they accurately quote him all the time yeah? They've no history of constantly twisting his words right?

Actually, most of the time it's Trump videoed or recorded saying the things he does. Especially lately.

The media definitely is slanted, but there's only so much you can blame the media for when Trump is there live saying the things he says.

    Acevedo was responding to that.
Trump wants protesters to have their say AND for citizens to have their property rights respected and he wants everyone to be SAFE.

When people are willfully ignorant enough to confuse rioting and looting with protesting I'm sorry you've lost me and it's not only what Acevedo has done it's CNN/MSNBC et al, all fucking day.

Rod Rosenstein is testifying today to the judiciary committee. Kirkland Laing remains on radio silence.

    Oh just your typical stuff.

0 Russian Collusion, none, nil, nada, zero, zip, goose egg, bagel, el zilcho

And apparently Rod Rosenstein didn't do his due diligence in reading the materials when he signed off of the FISA Warrants and he said he wouldn't have signed off on the last 2 FISA Warrants knowing what he does now.

Also Christopher Steele wasn't an MI6 agent or trusted FBI asset when he provided the Steele Dossier he was working for Fusion GPS and was a "private citizen" and his dossier was bogus.

and former FBI Director McCabe was evasive in dealing with Rosenstein on Crossfire Hurricane

Ted Cruz went full Zodiac on old Rod “Either you were complicit in the wrongdoing... or that the performance of your duties was grossly negligent.”, "The Obama Administration targeted his political opponents, targeted President Trump and his campaign, unleashed, weaponized, and politicized the Department of Justice, F.B.I., and intelligence community.", "By any measure, what the Obama-Biden administration did in 2016 and 2017 makes everything Richard Nixon even contemplated pale in comparison."

So you know just all stuff we knew about 2-3 years ago.

So a big sham pulled on the American President and the populace? Good thing we have something different to riot about.

Oh indeed.....and the best thing is, this is FAR from over. So there will be more bombshells, there will be that time when the average American stops, has this whole thing hit them and they finally learn about all the bullshit which has gone on.

That day will come, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow or next week, but we're on the path.

And the hits just keep on coming

Governments and WHO changed Covid-19 policy based on suspect data from tiny US company
    https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...oxychloroquine
The World Health Organization and a number of national governments have changed their Covid-19 policies and treatments on the basis of flawed data from a little-known US healthcare analytics company, also calling into question the integrity of key studies published in some of the world’s most prestigious medical journals.

A Guardian investigation can reveal the US-based company Surgisphere, whose handful of employees appear to include a science fiction writer and an adult-content model, has provided data for multiple studies on Covid-19 co-authored by its chief executive, but has so far failed to adequately explain its data or methodology.

Data it claims to have legitimately obtained from more than a thousand hospitals worldwide formed the basis of scientific articles that have led to changes in Covid-19 treatment policies in Latin American countries. It was also behind a decision by the WHO and research institutes around the world to halt trials of the controversial drug hydroxychloroquine. On Wednesday, the WHO announced those trials would now resume.

Two of the world’s leading medical journals – the Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine – published studies based on Surgisphere data. The studies were co-authored by the firm’s chief executive, Sapan Desai.

Late on Tuesday, after being approached by the Guardian, the Lancet released an “expression of concern” about its published study. The New England Journal of Medicine has also issued a similar notice.

An independent audit of the provenance and validity of the data has now been commissioned by the authors not affiliated with Surgisphere because of “concerns that have been raised about the reliability of the database”.

    The Guardian’s investigation has found:

A search of publicly available material suggests several of Surgisphere’s employees have little or no data or scientific background. An employee listed as a science editor appears to be a science fiction author and fantasy artist. Another employee listed as a marketing executive is an adult model and events hostess.
The company’s LinkedIn page has fewer than 100 followers and last week listed just six employees. This was changed to three employees as of Wednesday.
While Surgisphere claims to run one of the largest and fastest hospital databases in the world, it has almost no online presence. Its Twitter handle has fewer than 170 followers, with no posts between October 2017 and March 2020.
Until Monday, the “get in touch” link on Surgisphere’s homepage redirected to a WordPress template for a cryptocurrency website, raising questions about how hospitals could easily contact the company to join its database.
Desai has been named in three medical malpractice suits, unrelated to the Surgisphere database. In an interview with the Scientist, Desai previously described the allegations as “unfounded”.
In 2008, Desai launched a crowdfunding campaign on the website indiegogo promoting a wearable “next generation human augmentation device that can help you achieve what you never thought was possible”. The device never came to fruition.
Desai’s Wikipedia page has been deleted following questions about Surgisphere and his history.

Fortifying the White House perimeter grounds with double grate fencing and concrete barriers ffs as looters fade but loud protesters remain. There's a distinction. What Country am I in again? This is not a confident competent man. What next twin .50s and claymores.

Presumed Democratic nominee Joe Biden said Thursday that 10 to 15% of Americans are “not very good people.”

I seem to recall the "deplorables" comment from HRC playing REALLY well. Always nice to just assume the worst of your own citizens when you're running to be President of 100% of those people regardless of you getting their vote or not.

But hey I don't think Biden gets the nomination at the end of the day anyway. I just don't think he's a strong enough candidate or that he shines a light on Trump's weaknesses because anything Trump has done Biden has done worse and for far longer, damn near 50 years in public office and we as a nation are still having troubles but he's the guy to fix them? OK

The Democratic party had 4 years to come up with a viable candidate to challenge and unseat the orange-haired clown. Four....... fucking..... years.

And the best they could muster was....................... Joe Biden.

Been saying this since Day One of Trump's presidency.

Crying and hand-wringing is ok maybe for a year or so.

After that you get to the business of identifying/ grooming/ developing a strong candidate for the NEXT election.

    Should've been simple enough.

But no......... hysterics became permanent and now we're gonna get stuck with another 4 years of this asshole.

I hope that is not the case. No one can be as bad as Trump people have got to see that now.

The Dems have fumbled all over themselves for the better part of a decade now.

First they trotted out Hillary Clinton as their candidate in the last election.

Rarely a least trustworthy, likable, reassuring candidate in the history of mankind.

She lost to (cough) Trump. That in itself will always be an unkind footnote in Hillary's career.

Now.... after 4 years of TDS (yes....... many Dems and in the media suffer from this)....... they clumsily and halfheartedly trot out Obama administration retread Joe Biden.

Watching Biden on the debate stage is cringe-worthy at best. Trump will have him for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You also have to wonder how 77-year old Biden (he'd be inaugurated at 7 will stand up to the pressure cooker of the White House, especially during these trying times.

    I'm not overly optimistic.

Why didn't the Dems become productive and try to come up with a young, energetic, good candidate without fatal flaws in his/her closet? Surely there must be someone in the nation capable of ticking these boxes.

We're not gonna fare well with another 4 years of a vindictive, ego-maniacal, mega-divisive, total asshole President.

Being a good President and being a good human being are not mutually exclusive conditions.

So anyone who supports Trump is bad? Many times we have candidates that you don’t like the entire package but you see enough policy you support or you feel the alternative is worse so you go with what you got. I understand some people don’t like Trump, we haven’t had a president who most of the people lived since Washington. Democracy, I’ll use that word, can be messy business I have yet to vote for any politician I agreed with 100% but just writing off any supporters of his as racists, Nazis, deplorable etc just doesn’t help with any communication. Not a major deal with you master, you are in the UK doing your thing but it says a lot
