]Well since I don't know him personally which is a ridiculous question and since I don't believe the fake news media then where do you think I get my opinion from? From his very tweets and from his very statements on live TV. So there that's how I know that he is not a racist

Neither of us is going to win this argument, since it's all a matter of opinion anyway.

Suffice it to say my own opinion is that Trump is a racist, sexist asshole... who says shit not fit for a POTUS to say. He demeans the office. No matter what good he does in issues like unemployment, the economy, etc.... he's still an asshole. One thing doesn't preclude the other. Unfortunately, he has forever lowered the bar on the expectations on what Presidential behavior ought to be.

Personally, and I've said this time and time again, I would respect someone's opinion SOOO HUGELY if they would just come out and say "You know... in my opinion Trump is doing a good job as President in the issues I care about. Admittedly, he's a bit of an asshole, and I wish his personality was more fit for the office of President of the United States. But I still support him."

That alone would win me over and make me think I'm dealing with a straightforward, objective, feet-on-the-ground kind of guy.

But that will never happen. Which is why I absolutely LOATHE politics. People are incapable of separating one thing from the other. It's either all good.... or all bad. What an incredibly simplistic view to have of the world!!

***which is precisely verbatim what the mainstream media leftist marches say everyday 24/7*****

who says shit not fit for a potus to say

*****you do realize that the terminology not fit for this purely subjective and on top of that there's absolutely no law or any bit of legislation that you could use about that?*****

. He demeans the office. No matter what good he does in issues like unemployment, the economy, etc.... He's still an asshole.

*****fair enough i absolutely have no problem with that being your opinion. *******

one thing doesn't preclude the other. Unfortunately, he has forever lowered the bar on the expectations on what presidential behavior ought to be.

*****and that has affected anything of any importance how exactly?****

personally, and i've said this time and time again, i would respect someone's opinion sooo hugely if they would just come out and say "you know... In my opinion trump is doing a good job as president in the issues i care about. Admittedly, he's a bit of an asshole, and i wish his personality was more fit for the office of president of the united states. But i still support him."

*****you know in my opinion trump is doing a good job as president no wait a great job as president and all of the issues that i care about and even if some of the ones that i don't care about. Lee he is not an a****** at all and i wish his personality was even more vehement then it already is. He is the greatest president of the united states in all of our history besides george washington and abraham lincoln and teddy roosevelt and dwight eisenhower and ronald reagan*******

that alone would win me over and make me think i'm dealing with a straightforward, objective, feet-on-the-ground kind of guy.

*****my apologies if that is not a straightforward objective feet on the ground kind of guy. Sorry that you see me and 110 other million people like that********

but that will never happen. Which is why i absolutely loathe politics. People are incapable of separating one thing from the other. It's either all good.... Or all bad. What an incredibly simplistic view to have of the world!!

I know that those are opinions you hold I'm just wondering what those opinions are based on. Are they based on actual events and facts or just how you feel?

If the bar for being President hadn't already been lowered to "OMG a black dude!" and "Well his last name is Bush" and "Well sure he got a BJ in the Oval office from a 19 year old intern...AND?!?!!?"

Have people NOT said this? "You know... in my opinion Trump is doing a good job as President in the issues I care about. Admittedly, he's a bit of an asshole, and I wish his personality was more fit for the office of President of the United States. But I still support him." We know who the guy is, we ALL know who Donald Trump is....and he's crushing being President right now. He's helped the Korea's end their war, no other president has done that and there have been 10 who have had the opportunity to do that, they all failed. He allowed Mad Dog Mattis to crush ISIS and Al Qaeda. He's brought our economy back, he's put people back to work, he has people feeling a pride in being American again when all opposed are calling proud Americans "Nazis, racist, bigot, anti-gay, xenophobic"......shit the other candidate called half of Trump's supporters (which would be roughly 31 million people) "Deplorables" and "Irredeemable" but it's like people don't understand that at all.

They are based on actual events and facts. Hearing Trump talk on TV and how he expresses himself about Mexicans is enough of a fact for me. Tell me.... would it have been possible to double down on the Mexico-U.S. border and expressed concern for the illegal immigrant situation without pissing off an entire country? We both know the answer to that question. Trump shoots off the hip when talking. Like I said before, it's ok for a New York real estate mogul to do that.... for not for the President of the United States.

None of those alluded to spoke or behaved like Trump does. Again, you and I both know that. Looking for faults in the previous Presidents isn't going to make Trump's warts magically disappear. I've already expressed my huge disappointments with Obama and Bush. I haven't spoke too much about Clinton, but for the purposes of this argument, I don't feel I need to. By expressing my disappointments, it should neutralize part of your counter. As much as you hated Obama, at least he spoke like a Presidential figure. That may mean shit to someone like Brock and many other Trump fans..... but it means something to me and many of us who expect more magnanimous behavior from a POTUS than we do from Joe from the street corner. Bush was a moron, but he managed not to piss off gigantic groups of people by uttering street talk garbage. Trump has no filter, Lyle. If you're fine with that, fine. I call it lowering the bar for being President, because from here on out there is no reason to expect anything other than a "Tweeting", insult-hurling, chip-on-the-shoulder, trash-talking President. Yes..... absolutely I call that lowering the bar.

The answer to that question would be "no", Lyle. There's a reason for my wish. Every time I say something good about Trump and follow it up with a "but"........ it's the "but" that gets leaped on like raw steak in the lion's den at the zoo. No mention about the good. "No, no, no....... our man has been criticized for something..... and that CANNOT be." I'm telling you, it's tiring and very telling. Hence my frustration discussing politics with anybody. Either the guy walks on water..... or he's the devil's incarnation, depending on your affiliation. To me, it erodes credibility to arguments.

So parsing language and softening the tone and being nice and kind and gentle and cuddly would make a difference? #1 That's not who Trump is #2 It's not why he got elected #3 It would make him no different than any of the MANY spineless weasels in DC who say they work for the citizens of this country but really do no such thing at all.

Meanwhile former President of Mexico Vicente Fox chastises Trump at every single opportunity....how did HE treat illegals in his country? Oh he didn't allow them to stay AT ALL, regardless of children or refugees or whatever the fuck.

Mexico is a shithole country and it has no right to be. It has all the natural resources in the world and it would still fuck up a free lunch. The people, there are GREAT Mexican people and I'd love to have some in America but we don't get them, we get rapists and murderers and leeches on our society. Who is paying for illegal immigrant kids to go to school? The parents who pay no property taxes because they rent? Oh no, not them, it's people like ME and are the illegal immigrant children making our public schools better or worse? Yeah so FUCK being nice to lawbreakers. Trump is spitting fire because it connects with the people suffering under this horseshit.

And Trump is more liked than those alluded to. Check the polls, he's one of the most liked President among Republicans in HISTORY and this is despite 90%+ negative media coverage.

Doesn't take much talent to read a teleprompter and not ever EVER have to stand up for previous votes or beliefs. Obama switched from Anti-Gay Marriage to Pro-Gay Marriage without a peep from ANYONE. He voted "present" meaning he didn't take a stand at all several times while he was a state senator and junior senator.

When the "but" is directly tied to how he got elected that might be a reason. Is Trump rough around the edges? Hell yes and it helps him because Republicans since Reagan was shot have been pussies when attempting to stand up to anyone opposing them....finally Trump who doesn't give a fuck how he'll come across (because the media are going to make him the bad guy regardless) hammers anyone in his path. I like that, I enjoy that, I LOVE seeing the press wet their collective pants because Trump calls them out of their bullshit stories....because for a long time they've been printing bullshit stories and 0 people have held them accountable and that has been going on for decades.

FORMER FBI agent Peter Stzrok has been fired (finally) now that he has been fired for bias the Mueller probe SHOULD come to a quick end seeing how it was Stzrok's "evidence" which got this ball rolling to start with.

Next up the Ohr's Bruce and Nellie....Bruce will be testifying in front of Congress this month and Nellie's roll in this will be discussed I am certain.

Pretty much. I get a kick nowadays about how people supposedly need the media to create and state what is fairly obvious by an individual on a world stage, daily, multiple times a day as is Trumps habit. Blaming the media as daily routine because you are held accountable for your words, deeds and actions is an old tired dog that hasn't left the porch in years now. I don't know the man on a personal basis and I've never shaken his hand which I would welcome the chance, but I sure as shit know bigoted speech, mannerisms and sparking divide like flint on steel.

If you get nothing else from what I say..... and it's quite obvious you don't..... hopefully now you'll see I'm capable of defending Mexicans too.

    Yes..... Mexicans. You heard correctly.

    Hope this helps.

Only you haven't. No laws were broken no policies were violated and no procedures were done illegally.

All the stuff you're bringing up about unpresidential and divisive is just all subjective and, in the course of geopolitics, doesn't amount to a small pile of Hohokam
