I certainly hope your opinion is justified, 'cause I'm rooting for Verdejo. But Felix is coming off a long layoff, and didn't look so sharp in his last couple of outings before the accident. Lozada meanwhile, looks like a tough customer with a good chin and better than average power. Of course, if the fight was added... I'd pick Verdejo.

Verdejo has lost some of his luster, I'll admit to that. I caught him live against Oliver Flores and he didn't impress at all. I still think he's got the raw material... I just hope he rededicates himself to reaching that next level. There's some tough competition at his weight. Yeah, I'm pretty high on Christopher "Pitufo" Diaz myself. In fact, right now I'd rate several local fighters ahead of Verdejo on the curve.
