Inoue isn't an aggressive pressure fighter, he'll pick McDonnell apart and spark him with shots he never thought were coming

Changed my lunch break for that, I could have took my phone into the bog with me and watched it in there and no one would have missed me

That was a premature stoppage. Typical Japs, protecting their fighter.

OK, so the vid I watched, didn't show the initial shot to the top of the head that sent his legs queer. That said, and in no way is this a pro McDonnall anti Inoue comment, there was only the winner of the fight, I still think it's a little bit early.

It's not so much this fight but the way boxing seems to be going lately. It's almost MMA in the sense that if you hit the deck, you're fair game to be waved off without the opportunity to get up. That's where boxing differs from MMA, the other bloke has got to fuck off while you try and right yourself.

Maybe McDonnell said something to Coldwell on the first knockdown because he was up on the apron proper sharpish. He'd only taken a couple of clumps at that point.

Like I said no complaints with who won the fight. Inoue has walked through a World class fighter like he was nothing. Props to him for that.

McDonnell had nearly a 2 stone weight advantage as well so Inoue smacking him around like a rag doll impressed me even more, that left hand is fierce!

Check the moody quality video i posted above @Memphis mate around 12 mins is the temple shot

Just watched it. I thought it was an alright stoppage. I may have let it go, but it was borderline. I’m so excited for the bantamweight tournament
