Default Boxing's version of Fake News

"Boxing News: Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao rematch is '99 per cent' likely to happen"

Of course upon seeing that horrific headline I just had to look. Got momentary flashbacks of that nightmare we all suffered through.

Then................ I saw it was just a claim by Sylvester Stallone.

These has-beens will say anything to make headlines.

No way Floyd comes back to boxing. Not even to rematch Pacquiao.

After Floyd becomes broke he will engineer this rematch and walrus will buy it.

Tongue in cheek but these days I rule little out. I mean look at the suckers who rolled in for the first meet years after the 'peak' moment for it. Was a gold mine. And the topper was Mayweather bringing in a total boxing novice to carry for more rounds than was needed..in my personal opinion..and people ate it up and they broke the bank.

thinking about it. Manny part 2..even with fresh title belt and clean ko victory..is a step backwards compared to another go with the guy who throws trash cans at tour buses. Maybe Stallone meant Conner .
