Of course GGG should be able to jab the smaller man to death but he threw fewer power punches and got slightly battered by a smaller man whose manhood he challenged to fight Mexican Style. This may have been forgotten but for some reason GGG decided to be vocal leading up to the fight and probably cost himself the decision based on perception and lack of ring generalship. He surrendered ground to the smaller Canelo throughout most the rounds. No pity for GGG he fought the wrong fight and vowed he would not allow the decision to be in the judges hands and decides to jab throughout the fight. Summary : "STUPIDITY" , LOST HIS WITS AND BELTS.
YES, yes and FUCKING YES AGAIN.
