9-1 Thurman, plus KD of Lopez, plus 10-8 rd for Lopez.
They live, We sleep
After watching this just a wild guess here, Thurman will want about fifteen tuneup fights before he gets in the ring with anybody at world level.
Thurman probably won the 11th, but got hurt midway through the round by a short left hook. Hell of a fight!! Been a good card today.
Lopez throws the left hook to the body like his glove is underwater. Thurman doing his peter pan tap tap tap routine to get to that bell now. Lopez might have nicked that round says beer.

118-108 Thurman.
With 4/5 close rounds and a 10-8 for Lopez in the 7th.

So Thurman is back!!!!!!!!
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Never been a fan of Thurman, tonight hasn't changed my mind, good fight though
C'mon guys why the Thurman hate.
I thought he was going to easily dispose of Josesito but give Josesito credit... he's a tough dude and he came to fight.
For a 22-month (?) layoff, I didn't think Thurman looked that bad. His movement was good, his punches were crisp, and his stamina was ok too.
Now...... if he does decide to dilly-daddle around before facing elite opposition, being the champion and all that..... I'll join the haters too.
Considering he’s had nearly 2 years out, Thurman moved well and looked fit. But his defence was very leaky and he used to be the “beast” of the division. That bit of aura is gone now in my opinion. I think he knows it as well. That’s why he mentioned Pacquiao and not Spence and Crawford.
Lopez hasn’t been anywhere near the top for quite a while and he gave Thurman way more trouble than he should have.
Seeing the rbr on here made it sound like it was a bit of a landslide , but I never really saw it like that. I reckon the judge giving it to Thurman by 2 rounds was probably closest. He won by maybe 3 or 4 rounds.
