I do not mean staggering through the street at 4am with a drunk fat bird being led by a chain to your home. No, I am talking about morning pick ups! The things you either drink, inject or anally insert in order to get you going through a new day.

I will start. For me it is 3 or 4 mouthfuls of vitamins, followed by a cup of Ginseng tea. Then as I start my working day I will drink one cup of coffee. This gives me my health, my energy, and thus I am set for the day.
