I remember how long it took to get hold of rocky 3 from Armley Drive In Video back in the day. Back then they'd only have 2 copies at most of the latest.

Who were the grange hill girls??

Back in the days when it took years sometimes before films left the cinema and were released on video.
My dad rented the VHS player over the weekend to watch Bollywood movies.

Even if you turned your neck you could not see. You had to physically turn your whole body both ways. Very dangerous.

Good times ha. I remember first hitting Blockbuster at about 18 or 19 when my Father went head long into renting and making copies of literally everything. Couple of corner stores and Blockbuster for Vhs. Blockbuster was a little tougher with the anti recording tags etc but there was always a work around . He'd come in 6-8 tapes at once and withing a few years had a library a thousand flicks deep. I do believe that is where I got my initial push into editing and trading fight tapes. And he'd get big pissed when I "borrowed" a couple blanks to transfer to.

Ran across my old original card last year

Mouse support too. You could probably get a mouse included for under ten thousand.

it would seem like common sense to turn your whole body if you couldn't see rather than potentially walking into oncoming traffic. my dad used to tell me about people who would stick forks in the plug sockets or knives in toasters with the power still on or eat pills because they thought they were candy. said it was a form of natural selection to weed out the morons

You would be glad to hear no children at our school had any accidents.

sounds like you were exaggerating the danger then. the coat was not dangerous at all. just a case of stupid people with no situational awareness

Have you had a sense of humour bypass?

    Children. Not Stupid people. Children.

Children in Snorkel Parkas like Kenny from South Park.

We could not see anything unless it was front and centre.

My God you sound like a right barrel of laughs.

i don't see anything funny about a coat with a hood larry

stupid children larry. children are people larry

so you couldn't see anything unless it was front & centre? that doesn't mean you don't have the common sense to turn your body to check the way is clear

i'm not here to make you laugh larry

It is called lack of peripheral vision. Makes it very difficult to see the whole picture.

Much like your own blinkered , horse led views.

I'm going to start a thread on the beauty of sunsets... then sit and wait for TIC to come in there and start an argument.
