Default Daniel Dubois vs Ebenezer Tetteh - Albert Hall - 27/9/19

The 22-year-old will take on Ebenezer Tetteh for the vacant Commonwealth Heavyweight title at the Royal Albert Hall.

The London-born fighter has bulldozed his way though 12 fights already, with 11 of those victories coming by knockout.

Dubois knows that a win against Tetteh will increase his chances of fighting the higher calibre heavyweights, who will all be cautious to fight the new-kid-on-the-block after his destructive showings already in the ring.

After recently being crowned Best Boxer of the Year by members of the Boxing Writers’ club, Dubois will be hoping to add the Commonwealth title to the six titles he has already picked up in his short career.

Here’s all the details for the fight...

This geriatric looking "teak tough" light-heavyweight is 31? Look at the venue? Look at his record? Frank is beyond shameless, in a day and age when we can research fighters let alone get video footage.

    This is his last fight.

Pipe down. Everyone knows fighter safety is number one on Franks list of priorities. I wonder how many times he mentions Azumah Nelson or Ike Quartey.

Say what you like. The ring card girl was fit.

    (The ring girl )

Yeah fighter safety and especially drug cheats. Last week begging Big Baby Miller to get in touch? It was so shamelessly hypocritical the interviewer (Boxing Social) was lost for words. Same as the Youtuber fight, utter garbage, no interest, but if they approached him he'd be happy to do it. Shameless.

YOUTH Two fighters to watch out for TONIGHT on Daniel Dubois vs Ebenezer Tetteh undercard, according to Frank Warren

One of these is 18-year-old Dennis McCann, a 3-0 bantamweight who has already caught the eye within his first few fights.

The nine-time national champion put together an impressive amateur record before turning pro earlier this year and now takes on Georgi Georgiev as he continues his learning process.

His promoter Warren told talkSPORT.com earlier this week: “Dennis ‘The Menace’, he’s a young star in the making.

Frank Warren has advised talkSPORT.com to keep an eye on his young prospects fighting on Daniel Dubois’ undercard tonight.

Dubois, who at 22 is still a young prospect himself, headlines at the Royal Albert Hall in London as he attempts to win the Commonwealth title against Ebenezer Tetteh.

While the fast-rising heavyweight will of course be the star of the show, there are also an array of other developing boxers competing earlier in the night.

“His last 17 amateur bouts before he turned pro, he knocked everybody out, and he’s settled down really well.

“He can fight, he really can fight. He’s got a great boxing brain, watch him fight. If you like boxing, you’ll love him, he’s explosive.

“I think it’s his fourth fight now and it’s part of his journey. He’s been really busy, he’s had these fights very quickly.

“We’re gonna keep him busy and I think this time next year he’ll be there or thereabouts fighting for a British title.”

Further down the show is Lewis Edmondson, a 23-year-old super-middleweight.

The Southampton ‘Saint’ will make his professional debut on Friday night after an intriguing display at last week’s open workout where he put his impressive jab to work on the pads.

Warren said of his new signing, who was 52-8 as an amateur: “He’s a really good little fighter, another good fighter. I’m sure he’s gonna go on and please everybody.

“We’re got some great young talent coming through, we’ve been developing them.

Adway is getting battered by a classy Noakes in the first round. Decent fighter is Noakes.

The Royal Albert hall looks a great venue.

Noakes is doing some good combination and body work to try and stop Adaway in the 3rd round who is also cut.

They have stopped it because of the cut which is quite bad.

It was a brutal left hook by Archie too Sharp which finished Geraghty.

Nicola Adams was poor by her high standard.
