I do a full body check every year. According to my height and build I should be 77 kilos. They have optimum everything from your muscle mass, bone density, blood sugar, everything. I pay attention. Slightly above or below is of course normal too, but not 82, especially for me. At 82 I was getting heavier in the trunk and didn't feel good binge eating too much and periodic drink too. I stopped then got too light, as I was controlling too much, and am now at a controlled and stable 75 kilos having build back up incrementally. Still a bit light, but good for me and in truth I have never been heavy anyway. You burn 400 calories on an exercise bike for 30 minutes. In 2 hours almost a daily food intake. It's all about what you eat and how you burn it.
I have always had a good waistline. At 22, I had 32 inches, at 33 a terrible 36 though, and now back to a solid 33/34. It fits for me. I compare myself more to the traditional English physically. People today look bad and being heavy is normalized at it is't normal. But if everyone around you is heavy, then you think it is odd when someone is kind of standard.
My weight to height ratio is within a normal medically recommended range. Certainly in this part of the world. Nothing odd at work there.
Right, I am more your Hearns, Paul Williams type. I do not carry a lot of bulk. I have built up with muscle, but have one of those long frames.
The UK average weight is 84 kilos and the average height is about 177cm. Now that is pretty unhealthy IMO as it means pretty much overweight.
I look at Calzaghe today and he is much heavier, but clearly not as healthy as when he was a fighter needing to be in shape. You see it in Hatton too. In retirement they have 'normalized' and it isn't particularly good and kind of reflects society at large.
Some people are in great shape, but many are not.
Fats, I have told you a few times about a friend from the US who was fat, came here and lost lots of weight. He looked normal. He went back home for a year and then came back round again! I have no idea what they do to him over there. What on earth do you eat to gain so much. Another friend went home for just 6 weeks holiday and gained several kilos. He hated himself for it and is now looking great, but something definitely happens there.
I had some typos in a previous post. Am on a phone and pre coffee. So apologize for any gibberish.
You don't see too many fat Koreans, that's for sure.
Japan is really impressive that way. Here there really is an abundance of fast food and so much is fried or instant. In Japan though they really do have small portions and less of the fast food influence. The people look really healthy and you see it in their life expectancy too.
Japan = 84.5
US = 78.9

Some real eye openers in there. It's difficult to wrap your head around more than a dozen countries with life expectancies in the 50's. Pretty depressing, really.
@Gandalf you must have a huge cock.
Damn, X. Good one.
How could I possibly forget Baby Huey himself.....
Baba booey? Rhymes
