That fight was too cringeworthy for me. Old man Foreman should not have ate those forearm shorts to the jaw and face. It was too much man. Too much.
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Yeah I cringe when I see that, but Big George really sucked it up, damn what a chin.

Foreman took the opportunity because he thought he could land something on the smaller champion. Holyfield could not agree to a fight with Tyson so took this option which he thought would be nearly as lucrative and far easier.

It ended up a hard fight for Evander and he landed some beautiful unanswered combinations mid-way into the fight and Foreman survived. Overall it was a good and entertaining fight. It showed Big George had heart and a great chin. Holyfield was exhausted at the end of the fight and was holding right at the end.

A truly sad fight is Ali v Holmes or Louis v Rocky this was not in that category.

I actually loved that fight . My very first gathering of friends for a ppv at the cost of 5 bucks and a six pack. Round 7 belongs in a time capsule! Much respect and admiration came from that fight. Want to see an even worse end of fight look for Big George check out the Alex Stewart fight

Its taken you since 1991 to come to this conclusion ?

You can tell he is going through the vintage 1990's heavyweight scene which is worth a look at because it was far more entertaining than the current champions.
