Joyce was in the Boxing News and has not fought since July, and was due to fight January but his fights fell through.

Very inactive and not ideal preparation for a fight with Dubois.

Credit where credit is due getting this one made. Heard Hearn earlier talking up Usyk v Chisora on March 28th, two good scraps within a few weeks. Only hope they don't stick them both on a ppv . Have to like Dubois to get it done, great springboard fight.

As I said before I love this fight. I just love it.

    I really like Dubois.

He's humble and dedicated and quiet.

Massive big up for Warren here. He doesn't have to do this as fans have got use to Hearn's shyte shows and the way he protects fighters from really good 50/50 fights of which this is.

Along with his other 50/50 Wilder v Fury 2, old cod eyes is showing the fans that the boxing game is not just about accountancy but who is the best...LET'S GO !!!!

It's fantastic high stakes fight. Again credit to Frank Warren. Matchroom take note...

Great news! Must say I'm pretty shocked it's been made. I thought that they would be kept apart for now. Maybe Joyce is struggling to get any meaningful fights and this will earn him a decent payday, because there isn't much upside for him unless he can destroy Dubois.

    Very interesting match-up.

Props to Frank Warren for making it happen.

If only other promoters would make competitive fights like this instead of mismatches, boxing would be so much better.

Does not matter. This is going to be an exciting fight between 2 undefeated heavyweights who can punch.

Letā€™s not get carried away. Thereā€™s always room for a fight like this. They are the building blocks of the Sport.
Itā€™s a decent domestic scrap between 2 British level fighters who will never have the tools to get to the top .
And although it has no bearing on their Boxing ability, between them , if brains were dynamite , they wouldnā€™t have enough to blow their fucking noses! Thatā€™s not harsh , itā€™s just the truth.
But PPV? and who the fuck is this Sam Jones. Loves the sound of his own voice , doesnā€™t he!

Its a fight not a Charisma contest.
Lennox was boring as fuck and went to the very top.
If Dubois stops Joyce by KO then he's knocking on the door of a title shot.
This is a brilliant fight that I can't wait for.
It's a piss take it's PPV but I get it for free anyway šŸ˜

This is a piss poor division in terms of talent. After the "big 3" there's maybe 6-8 guys who would all be competitive against each other, and the winner of this bout will be right there with them and in all likelihood would be beat the majority!
