    Default Canelo vs Saunders

Looks good for May 2nd, supposedly a done deal.

Yeah I've just heard this as well, 95% a done deal.
Brilliant matchup but I wonder what "advantages" Canelo has tied into the contract?
Tiny ring, rehydration rules massively favouring Canelo.
Saunders ain't got a fucking chance of knocking him out so needs to put on an absolute clinic to win this on points.

All these fuckers are willing to whore themselves out to make the big bucks. No leverage whatsoever against the Franchise Champion, so if Canelo wants the fight in Mexico City with CJ Ross and her two sisters as judges, a 165.75 pound catchweight with no rehydration limits, a 10 x 10 foot ring, and a 90/10 split...... then so be it. On paper it is a solid match up, but frankly I am getting very bored with Canelo and the typical conditions set out or the outcome when he loses. It is all very predictable. In all likelihood it is a close fight with Saunders winning 8 rounds, some of which are close with Canelo flurrying a couple of rounds and then split decision Canelo win and he then saunters off to fight a trilogy with Chris Eubank Junior where he wins each one by knockout in round 3 before going on to fight GGG again in 2023 in a close fight, but still GGG outlands him with the Zimmerframe and shows us all his wonderful newly developed bald spot, grimacing saying 'I put on good show, I know I win this fight'. I am just bored with it all.

This was a good fight two years ago or whenever it was Saunders clowned Lemieux. Since then Saunders has had a few fights, become a 'World' champion again but it's the taunting of prostitutes and drug addicts we most remember him for during that time.

Two fighters who appear to be going in very different direction. Saunders looked shite last time out, Canelo looks improved every fight. I don't see any way Saunders wins.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

In case you hadn't noticed, everyone else is becoming pretty fed up with Canelo's act also. Might want to check the color of THEIR eyes.

Never thought I'd root for Saunders. First time for everything. It does feel like a patch work slapped together fight and could have done with better build State side for him. But hey it's Canelo and guess they figure his fans will tune in to watch him fight a cold so why bother. Call me crazy but style wise I'd be more interested in a Saunders v Plant .
