Default Fury may fight Joshua before Wilder rematch

Due to post Corona restrictions likely ruling out fights between US and UK boxers, looks like Fury/AJ may happen before the third Wilder /Fury fight.

Makes sense, although quite how a mega all British Fight for the undisputed HW champ could happen without thousands filling a stadium is a bit of a conundrum

I don't think anyone wouldn't rather that. If the first fight between Fury and Wilder had been scored differently(properly), a third fight wouldn't even have been on the table.

Better for Wilder anyway. Going back right away is probably not a good idea. He needs an in-between fight, whatever name anyone wants to put on it.

No way this happens behind closed doors, so by the time fans can come back to fill a stadium Wilder will be able to travel or vice versa.

Also wilder won't wanna play second fiddle and step aside for anyone, he's got way to big an ego to do that, plus he's seen AJ go straight back to the scene of the crime and get his titles back and will believe (ego again) if AJ can do it then so can he.

Can see him coming into the ring in a "micro thong" to lighten the load on his legs this time

He'll never live that shit down (the 40-pound costume), as well he shouldn't. It was frankly an embarrassment of an excuse for a professional boxer. I hope he can come back from his devastating defeat, though.

Wilder doesn't deserve any 3rd match with Tyson. He is thoroughly whipped and outclassed. He was expose for one-dimesnional fighting technique, just throwing an 1-2 again again and again, and can't fight off the back foot.

I agree Fury and AJ could fight in an empty stadium. Then AJ will win since Tyson needs the crowd to ham it up and get their energy to spur him on.

Isn't life a funny old thing, i have been anti Fury for pretty much all his career .
I used to argue the toss with Ross all the time over his ability, Ross was convinced he was the real deal and lets be honest he is way better than anyone thought he could be.
I actually think i will be cheering on Fury for the rest of his career, even against Joshua, that is the truth I have totally turned around my opinion of him , yes I think he is a bit cringe worthy but he talks the talk and walks the walk.

Did I really say that ?

I'm the same but became a fan a long time before you did. Thought he was a big useless lump and hoped Steve Cummings would finish him off when he dropped him.

Very interesting character and highly skilled fighting machine.

Am half way through his autobiography at moment. Well worth a read.

Was nervous of hell for him when in with wilder but wouldn't be nervous at all for a Joshua fight. A very easy night imo

👏 weirdly just been chatting about this very same topic with the missus (who's currently in a micro thong face down on a sunbed on tbe decking looking Hot af / like she's gonna lose the beatdown my cocks gonna put on her soon) 👌😉
We both think Fury takes AJ to school and toys with him along the way however 😁

I didn't like him when he first started, but after I saw him trounce Chisora EASILY the second meeting, I started realizing he is the real deal. Th talk just adds the excitment for the fight that boxing REALLY needed alongside Deontay's KO power and Anthony Joshua's romanticism.
