It was awesome to be back pumping in my old gym.
They have been open for a couple weeks, but, I was waiting to see Covid case numbers decline in my county/region.
It's a small , 24/7 joint and I went during "off peak" hrs.
The few patrons working out there were spaced out and using provided wipes to keep things clean.
There was 1 middle aged female doing some lunges, stiff legged deads, etc in super set fashion in 1 corner by herself.
A could young bucks were benching and only stepped in to spot, as needed.
Another older dude ( like me) was doing some cross fit rope shakes and similar exercises in that area.
I did some moderate wt cable crosses superset with hammer incline presses for 3 cycles
This was followed by 3 sets of 10 reps on the horizontal seated bench press.
For tris , I did 3 sets of 10 reps each on push downs and overhead cable pulls.
Finished up with a couple sets of crunches and 25 min cardio on the treadmill.
I'll go back for a 2nd session later tonight and hit back with some more abs and cardio work.
Hot damn, it feels f'n great just to be back in there pumping it out .
