My mum was giving me cod liver oil and multi-vitamin tablets from when I was a kid. I have severe osteoporosis. () I took the strongest Turmeric available for 12 months. Never noticed the slightest difference (glad it helps many people but certainly won't help anyone with severe joint inflammation/arthritis)

I have several prescribed vitamins, there's a D, B and strong this and strong that. Apparently they're needed because I can't absorb food properly.
I tend to agree I’ve been taking various things for years and notice little effect. I think the beats are the first I’ve noticed a rather strong reaction to but I’ve tried numerous things for pain over the years and found little benefit.

Maybe your tolerance level to pain is increasing so you have to take stronger doses?
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Could be. Or maybe I haven’t found the right natural thing. Or maybe these types of things aren’t strong enough to pass the blood brain barrier. I actually went to a Chinese herbalist about 10 years ago and tried a few things they made.

Instead of all this fad supplement New Age garbage that a certain group uses to fill up their infinite emptiness inside, maybe you should try to run 3 miles a day, and not sure if you are a smoker or not, but stopping that disgusting habit may also help your health.

I seem to remember you being fat Brock. Certainly morbidly obese for your height vs weight. Do you want to continue this pointless shit, are you having fun?

For what people pay every year for things they have no need of it's best to just go and get all your levels tested. A huge number of people have some kind of weird deficiency, they don't uptake a particular vitamin or mineral correctly and have a shortage of it and it can make a massive difference when corrected. If everything is fine you know you don't have to bother taking anything. The one thing I would recommend is psyllium husks. They basically scrub your intestines and colon out.

    From an amazon review:

Take it for a couple of day and then you will "go". Not diarrohea, you'll just completely empty out......and looking down the pan you'll see a shedload of inner tube like material. This is the caked on rubbish that you've been carrying around with you for years.

Lots of other health benefits too:

It's like drinking wallpaper paste. Do a dose first thing with water then drink loads of water. Don't eat for at least an hour. Trust me on this one. You can do two or more doses a day but lots of water and at least an hour before food.

    "Diarrhea"

you'll see a shedload of inner tubes,
    it really is eye opening:
Don't eat for at least an hour
Right after you take a shower,

Do a dose first thing with water
    It really does the trick:
You can do two or more doses a day
and it won't make you sick

    From an amazon review:

but you could just eat a bag of prunes

it can make a massive difference when corrected
although I have also tried psillium husk
you'll just completely empty out as expected
just go and get all your levels tested

TIC and a huge number of people
don't uptake a particular vitamin or mineral correctly
but when they climbed the steeple
they saw what people pay every year for things they have no need of

Blow out the back of the bowl
Splatter that back wall behind the toilet
Blast it out your asses and clean out the colon
even if you have to massage and oil it!
