That was an interesting interview and insight on Roy Jones.
He can touch his toes and never has been able to.
Nice farm and dog.
Good hearing his take on BLM and nearly fighting Mike Tyson.

Man went to work with that mallet like he was banging dents out of an old rusty classic car . Roy has definitely calmed down, love to see him with more of his younger fighters there. I guess I'm the one guy who really never bought all that Tyson talk back then. If there's one long lasting thing to knock camp Jones Jr with it's not putting any thought into post-Ruiz apparently much at all..
The sounds of joints and tendons of an aged man. Didn't need surround sound, his cracking was all around. Like my knees.
All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
Just two days after this chiropractic appointment, Shannon the cannon Briggs also had an adjustment which I will post here in a few minutes
I read somewhere today that RJJ is gonna train Chris Eubank Jr.
Former Undisputed 4 belt Prediction champion. Still P4P and People’s Champion.

Roy Jones Jnr is the best boxer I have so far seen in my lifetime. Should have been Olympic gold medallist, undefeated and 4 weight champion.
The one place in the world you would not want to have been was in the opposite corner staring at Roy after you had “beaten him by disqualification” as Montell Griffin did. Nothing could be more frightening.
