Default Conor Benn v Sebastian Formella - Sky Sports - 21/11/20

Tough test for Benn this, unless he's sorted his basic skills out he'll lose this one.

Formella did well against Porter so a Benn win will tell us if he's really got what it takes to go all the way.

    Undercard

MAIN EVENT: Conor Benn v Sebastian Formella – for WBA continental welterweight
    Fabio Wardley v Richard Lartey
    Liam Davies v Sean Cairns
    Alen Babic v Tom Little
    Ivan Price v TBA

I think we all expect the Benn train to derail at some point. Not sure if it's against this bloke though. He did alright with Porter but he made Shawn Porter look like a slickster. Technically Formella is alright but he's pedestrian and couldn't break an egg. Benn should be alright I reckon. He's done alright, the first Peynaud fight aside which was absolutely nuts.

    Decent tester for Wardley.

I'm most looking forward to Babic beating the ever loving piss out of Tom Little. Little gets on my fucking nerves. The cunts on every social media channel known to man talking like he's been there and done that. fucking joker.

Thing with Conor is he starts off boxing fairly well then the Nigel in him comes out and he's wide open.

90% of the time he's in a proper fight though so great to watch.

To be honest if your losing to anyone named "Sebastian" your a cunt anyway. 😁

Can't work out whether Formella is good or bad value based solely on going the distance with Porter. However, if he made Porter look "slick" (I didn't see it) he must be slow as molasses with breeze blocks for feet. The Matchroom match makers obviously think it's a shrewd move.

Tom Little is about 6 stone lighter than normal and looks the spitting image of Babic, not that it should make a difference but still. In the press conference Little reiterated about 50 times he's not coming to lay down, which obviously means the first couple of solid cumps he takes he's laying down.

I don't like the fucker but give him his due. Little looking at the fight banner saying he (Babic) looks like he's going to hurt someone. I look like I've missed me bus. Was genuinely funny.

    Babic v Little up next

I've been looking forward to this one, thought their presser was good fun to watch, Little made me laugh when he referred to himself as a 6ft 6 Gyppopotamus

Benn starts very fast, sharp and accurate to win the 1st round relatively easy.

Benn is great to watch, but he will never get to elite level. Because he puts so much into every punch , he leaves himself too open. He’s trying too hard to be his Dad.

This is the best I have seen Benn box. Excellent jab, good variety of punches and very fast to win the 2nd round.

    2 nil Benn.

He went the distance with Porter, in case you missed it.
