There's a joke in there about a stiff sentence I'm sure of it
The whole thing is a joke.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

They're just trying to establish progressive disciplinary principles here. I'm pretty sure once he's failed a drug test for the 17th time, he'll be banned for life.
How would you fail 4 tests and not just be banned for life? If he is that stupid, he probably needs help getting himself ready in the morning
Whyte, Povetkin, Fury, BJS and Ortiz should have been banned for 5 years.
Cheater is a cheater.
It's career self sabotaging stuff like this with young 'talented' American heavyweights that makes me feel bad about calling Riddick Bowe a lazy waste for just wanting a refrigerator in his new bedroom after beating a legend. Maybe Miller can go back to kickboxing or follow Clarissa Shields to mma.
Is he at least losing weight? lol... Makes no sense to use PEDs and you are still fat as fuck!

I can see how a diva like Clenelo gets a slap on the wrist for cheating, from a commission with greasy palms. I've never agreed with it.... but can see how that would happen.
But who the HELL is Jarrell Miller??
How does a Jarrell Miller get a mere two years after a FOURTH failed drug test??
That's why I kidded earlier about him maybe getting a lifetime ban after his 17th failed test.
The (cough) "progressive" disciplinary process in boxing is a joke.
