Default Shakur Stevenson v Jeremia Nakathila ESPN tonight

Heavily pushed Stevenson goes for the interim wbo trinket at 130 v "Low Key" Jeremia Nakathila 21-1 (17) out of Nambia. Arum is betting the farm on the future of Stevenson who himself made comparisons to being like a young Mayweather . Big title fight around the corner with Jamel Herring if the little known but highly confident Nakathila does not manage to pull the upset.

Co main is actually a pretty good match up with Jose 'Sniper' Pedraza taking on undefeated Julian Rodriquez at 140.

Missed a bit but Pedraza doing some major league sharpshooting in the 3rd here. Eyes of Rodriquez swelling up a bit.

Can't decide if Pedraza looks like a midget Fury or not . Rodriquez strong ends round well but Pedraza putting them together and skating away.

Pedraza 5th took a big shot but literally painting Rodriquez otherwise. Very fluid here nothing huge but both hands, every angle, switching up and making it look like a separation in levels half way through. Hammer Hands needs to go all in time is running out.

All Pedraza in 8th landing a couple of jarring clean uppercuts. Rodriquez tough but squared now and looks like someone tied a bag of wasps over his face. Left eye near slammed shut.

That's a wrap. Corner/ Rodriquez say cannot see and they wave it off. Big win for the top form Pedraza, at least tonight.

Leave it to Arum and Top rank to make a guy defend Mayweather . It is ridiculous to compare Stevensons defense, CompuBox numbers and opponent level to Floyd at the 4 year mark. Don't fill the kids head with cartoons ffs. Also two completely different mentality levels early

Meant to watch lone loss of Nakathila a split lose in Russia but no deal. Going in blind but dude looks dried out and real tiny in the waist. Love to see Stevenson show some killer instinct should it arise.

Low Key believes in his right hand and stepping in on Stevenson early. Legs look stiff though. Ref on him about watching his lead foot about 4,5 times. It happpens

Ref with "watch the feet guys" x 101 wins 2nd. Stevenson snapped him midway and clipped him with right hard. Pretty sure Low Key skipped leg day

Picture perfect back back counter right for clean KD in 4th. Walked him in and might as well served it on a silver plater. Stevenson sitting down more tonight. Strength difference huge

Stevenson all about the power counter punching tonight and starting to pick his wide open spots. In general Low Key looks unsteady from jump off

Stevenson on the verge of over studying for a concluded exam. Time to kick in the door a bit. Low Key comes in sloppy and hard right end of round though
