Default Tank vs Thurman..do we care?

Tank ran away from the Haney and Lopez division to pick and mix at various weights..

Now he jumps over Josh Taylor to fight a past it fighter in Thurman.

Wasted Talent or lazy at staying at weight

Really terrible fight both wasting time here.

Is this happening then? As far as whether it's what Tank should be doing, it seems a little bit pointless. As a fight in itself though I don't mind it. Would be last chance saloon for Thurman and all, who is naturally a lot bigger and you'd assume very live given that, has the makings of a good shoot out.

Not sure whether the underlying OP message was that Tank is ducking Taylor. Tank is quite the jerk... but not sure he's ducking anybody. Wouldn't make sense at this point.
    Lazy? Probably. Wasted talent? Perhaps.
He needs to get his head on straight if he wants to fulfill his potential, which IMO is considerable.

Never have been and just do not like this bouncing around bs simply for the act of bouncing around. Let's be honest up until 1.5 yrs ago Davis was hanging his hat of Gamboa and Pedraza scalps. Explosive yep, seemingly keeping his nose clean and focused yep. But why this push to afford himself more weight? Rule number one for me..if you're the biggest badest talent in your division..you clean house and sweep the room! Don't just dip your toe for one big win and go division jumping away. Sounds familiar. Thurman has exactly 1 win in four and a half years . And hasn't fought in two. But somehow maintains top five ranking. Being badly hurt to the body by Josesito Lopez in that last win must make Davis drool. Potentially one of the bigger stars to inherit the sport, in that Manny is walking into the sunset. But this isn't good for him long term
