your hand can block some spit if it's in the right place but that doesn't mean the spit was going to make you ill. i never cover my face if someone sneezes & the people i hang out with don't go around sneezing at me

who is taking a deep breathe right into the jet stream of a sneeze or a cough into your face? what kind of people do you hang out with?

Maybe not, but a few little percentage points over ZERO.
nobody sneezes in my face. what type of people are you hanging out with? i never cover my face when someone sneezes or coughs, the people i hang out with usually cover their own mouths, sometimes someone might sneeze without covering their mouth, i still don't cover mine & i don't get sick. my zero works fine
