Chocolatito Gonzalez U.12 Julio C Martinez on a masterclass display of defensive/offensive up close boxing

Leigh Wood KO12 Michael Conlan absolute ten ton heart from Wood and Conlan gave all. It wasn't just a one brick finish from Wood. He worked his way back and grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat.

Xander Zayas U.8 Quincy LaVallais Just a fine example of putting substance to the previous hype. Nice to see a young prospect have to work some things out and stop swinging for the fences all the time.

Thank you Tic for sharing the fight between Paul Fleming and Jackson England.

Both fighters showed great heart, skills, energy and will to win.

I do not think it was FOTY compared to Wood v Conlon because it was not world level, and did not have the dramatic elements of that fight.

I will have an interest in their careers as I have become a fan of both.

paul showtime fleming has had a bit of a stop start career so hopefully this win & performance can build some momentum for him. this is just a thread for me to post really good fights throughout this year as i remember for easy reference
