Just tuned in to see a non-stop barrage from Figueroa on Castro. Castro's lucky the ref didn't step in. To the ref's credit, Castro didn't seem hurt at any time. But man... you gotta punch back, or the ref's gonna stop it.

Figueroa going full out buzzsaw in 3rd and drops Castro who barely beat the count. Thought ref was about to step in. Up and Brandon all over him nonstop punching along ropes.

They're both throwing like they're getting paid by the punch. Good action fight!

    Oh HELL no!

Scratch what I had just said about the ref. How could he stop the fight at that moment?? Holy hell!! A couple of rounds ago Figueroa went on a bigger barrage that went totally unanswered, and the ref allowed it to continue.

    Don't get it...

Man that was a whirlwind turn around. Castro was having a decent lil round. Glad they asked Spence about the fight.

waiting on them to ask Abner Mares "why are you fighting again"

Two undefeated champs not bad. A fillipino v mexican should equal a pretty wild fight but Vargas is a pretty defensive Mexican if I remember right.

Good fight, but I don't think it ends well for Magsayo. Vargas fights well from a distance... and those arms must look like they're 10 feet long to Magsayo.

I'm a bit drunk but I like what Vargas is doing here, not bothering to count or score the rounds but I think Vargas is going have the longer term success here, he's getting some nice hooks in.

Vargas is having a bit of a hard time in this fifth round, looks like he was knocked off balance a fair bit at a few times in that round, the fillipino chap put in a lot of effort there

Love the way a guy like Vargas fights his gangly range. Not backseat and not smothering like so many. Dudes keeping really sharp but not exactly packing big hammers. Magsayo stuck in one gear he cannot figure it.

Fillipino is whacking Vargas on the noggin pretty regular and Vargas doesn't look like he likes it, this could get tough for Vargas, he's fighting back though
