    i think cases will still be heard & punishments handed out depending on the findings & test results

    conor benn moved up from five to three in the wbc's welterweight rankings. his last fight at welter was nearly two years ago

    The result of the appeal from the Board should be happening in a few weeks. That will dictate the future fights and career of Conor.
