Miles has accepted to be my fitness coach and I am in training in South Korea now. I have just arrived at Seoul Station. The day before I left, I made this workout video and now Miles will be taking over the difficult task of fitness coach. I promised him I would cut out whipped cream and blueberries.

I been pushin for it but Miles, like some others (ahem), is not comfortable on camera. Let's you and me pose on Balneario Monserrate with El Yunque in the background. My fat stomach will not block out the view by then --- Miles is a tough trainer.
