Wow! With talk like that, where do you put him on the all time HW list?
Certainly not higher than Ali, Foreman, Louis, Lewis, Marciano, Dempsey, Holmes, Tyson, Bowe or Holyfield for starters.
Any of those mentioned above “unbeatable” ? (apart from the obvious Marciano)

It's the internet. No one needs to earn the right to run their mouth. Doesn't make them right. If Tyson wants a quick contract turn around he should offer Joyce the fight.

Fury more than most should understand the importance of due diligence. If he/his team did theirs we might have already had the Joshua fight. He also might not have had his titles stripped seven years ago.

Fury gave 3 very short deadlines. One was 24 hours long for AJ to accept the fight in the first place. That NEVER happens when you are organizing a big money fight and are SERIOUS.

AJ went on Insta and said he'd sign.

Then Fury pulls the plug just when they are finalizing the contract - says it all

Tyson Fury has fought two top-20 fighters in 6 years, has two title defenses and ONE drug ban. I swear to god - People are impressed easily. He’s a pathological liar with an overinflated idea of his boxing legacy. He'll talk a big game but is smart enough to make himself look like the avoided fighter.

And what REALLY BURNS Tyson is that despite the fact that AJ has lost 3 of his last five fights. Despite that Tyson is an undefeated world champ - AJ's next fight is many times bigger than Fury vs Charr. Joshua has the social bargaining power. After all isn't the challenger's who call out the champs ? Not the other way round ? AJ isn't desperate for the Fury fight. And ppl will understand this when AJ's next fight is made.

Say what you want about AJ but his last 5 fights have been at World Class to Elite level. Tyson's next fight is back at Domestic to High European Level. The level most of his career outside of Kiltschko & Wilder has been fought at.

You want real respect ? Fight Joyce next or Usyk or AJ. Yes he would start the fav in three but none of them are Manuel Charr.

With Fury, with life in general, you get what you pay for, warts and all. Sure he sucks in due diligence. No doubt about it. Is he "right"? Well, he didn't break any laws, so....

Except the complete opposite of that is true. You never get what you pay for with Fury ever.

Promises to donate his purses to Charity - never happens. Claims not to be English and fights for Irish title - insists actually he is English and fights for Lonsdale belt. Says he will fight Haye - Never happens. Says he will rematch Klitschko - never happened. Says he will defend belts - never happens. Says he has never juiced - gets suspended for juicing. Says he is all about Jesus etc and anti drug - is suspected of being in with the Irish Mob and having been a massive coke head.

Same again with claiming he only wants to fight AJ when AJ agrees pretty much instantly and all along Fury was going to fight a bum like Charr. Another dodge in a career littered with them. Whilst Joshua rematched and fought his mandatories, Fury wasted years fighting Wilder three times.

And yeah it seems he did break plenty promises, commitments and laws along the way too.

Haye was the one that got injured and cancelled the fight.

Fury had to face Wilder because he was cheated in the first fight and was only given a draw. He beat Wilder and had to have the rematch.

Fury went to Germany and beat Wlad, when very little gave him a chance, to become champion.

The wins over Wlad, Wilder and Whyte trump everything AJ has done.

This is the default Fury apologist response. Random waffle followed by an unrelated statement. The only thing that's missing is a dosser, shithouse or bodybuilder insult.

No one is interested in comparing resumes. Everyone was suitably impressed with him beating Wlad in Germany. It doesn't negate the point being made.

He didn't rematch Wlad because he's an idiot and had no idea where he was contractually obligated. He got outsmarted by someone (Duva) who did. He was again contractually obligated to Wilder for the third fight. It was black and white. Rather than do things properly and get their ducks in a row, they ploughed ahead with the Joshua fight knowing that it wasn't a forgone conclusion. It was Fury and Fury alone that took to social media to announce that his good mate Daniel had sorted it. When in fact, I think everyone acknowledges that Eddie was the driving force behind the deal. Even now with Queensbury in the driving seat the internet dullards are hoping Eddie sorts it all out.

Now he's offered a deal to Joshua. Joshua calls his bluff and accepts immediately. Fury shits the bed and throws in this ridiculous 24hr deadline. Once again, despite being bitten twice that we are all well aware of, he's being contractually naïve and wants others to follow suit and simply get the crayons out and sign. He is once again the problem, not Joshua/Eddie.

Joshua tends to stay (publicly) quiet during negotiations. Warren and Eddie have both said that they're working well, having positive meetings and hopeful that the deal can still be made. The Fury fan boys can't or won't do the math at this point and will back their man to the hilt. I guess it's admirable. Fucking stupid but admirable.

There's zero ambiguity here. It was Fury and his team that fucked the Wlad return. It was Fury and his team that fucked the Joshua fight first time around. It's Fury that's fucking the Joshua fight now.

yep, I’ll give you that. Good job for Fury because at that time, Haye woulda battered him.

Like Beanz said, yeah he had the rematch and then wasted everyone’s time negotiating with Joshua when he was contracted to beating up Wilder again, who may I repeat IS SHIT!

yes he did. But thankfully I don’t ever think we will see somebody winning a World HW Ttile averaging 7 punches a round. Now Fury has to be given respect, but can you name another fight of Wlad’s in that 10 year period where he fought that badly? Something definitely not right about Wlad that night, and it is to his eternal credit that he has never tried to use any excuses.

    Haha, absolute nonsense.
Wlad - once in a lifetime. Hence never rematching him.
Wilder - overrated garbage who bottled it when it came to fighting Joshua.
Whyte - what makes Fury’s win against Whyte any better than AJ’s ?

Haye would never beat Fury he was just too small as Wlad showed him. Fury is a very good super heavyweight.

Wilder forced the rematch through arbitration which he won and Fury did not expect.

Fury beat Wlad in his adopted country having the second highest number of defences behind Joe Louis. Fury can only beat what is put in front of him and he did it far more decisively that AJ did.

Wilder is not a bad as people think. Technically he is awful but has the power to make up all those deficiencies and Wilder has had more title defences than a lot of better champions in the past.

Whyte troubled AJ and rocked him. Fury was flawless and did not lose a round against him.

Wilder got the rematch because Team Fury are fucking commercially useless . And are you telling me team Fury had no inkling that this might happen before negotiations started with AJ ? Fucking pathetic.
Fury beat Wlad blah blah blah, 7 PUNCHES A FUCKING ROUND!
Wilder is definitely as bad as people think. And his title defences were against BUMS!
And I actually think that the Whyte back then was way more motivated than the Whyte of today, who is just after a money grab.
Let’s not forget , this Whyte nearly lost to Chisora ffs. Nobody does that.

Haye wasn't big enough to beat Fury. The first time Tyson leans on Little David, his little pinky toe would quiver.

Whilst AJ could not agree the fight with Wilder, Fury comes out of nowhere and signs to face Wilder. No issues or worries.

Usyk is the one who does not want to face Fury in December, this thread was originally Fury v Usyk before I changed it. Fury has no worry taking on Usyk.

AJ was offered the fight by Fury. Tyson is not worried about AJ.

Haye would never batter Fury, he was lucky he got cut and cancelled the contest.
