My ex is coming over tonight to bring me something and for me to give something to her. An exchange of sorts... What should I do? Should I push up on her for physical contact or just let it be what it is?
Not certain how to handle this?

Man you're all over the place. You obviously want her back, correct? The entire show. So you know what that entails and where you've been. Short term fookin relax. It's not like your first date. Confidence not arrogance. And offer to cook dinner. Even if you cannot cook. Whatever you do don't fall into "where do you feel like eating" and drive around for hours. Keep it simple stop overthinking and be in the moment. You do you. She wants to be a part of that then she'll let you know.
