My weight loss journey has yielded significant fruit... I have come down as far as 195lbs and hovering between 195lbs and 205lbs... I can't believe I came down from 305lbs over a year ago to now all of that work.
I run 6 days a week. No Sundays. I go over 3 miles every time. I have a routine and am picking up speeds now. I'm trying to do 7 miles in an 1hr and 20mins and have done it but not consistent with it.
I also go to the gym 6 days a week after I jog too. I'm feeling really good.
