Did we really need official Congressional "hearings" to acknowledge that we are not the highest form of intelligence

Just a random question...has anyone previously posted and declaratively stated as fact that there are certainly "aliens from outer space" . Other than the op initial vid where the witness was testifying to such I don't bolieve so. Is there a way to verify this? Yet we're all apparently open and Bolieve in possibilities of higher intelligence and or other lifeforms.

who are the highest form of intelligence that you say we should acknowledge that you are referring to? doesn't acknowledge mean to accept or admit the existence or truth of? believe what you want, consider any possibilities or ideas you want. those beliefs, possibilities & ideas don't become true until you have verified the claim yourself & everyone else can verify the claim to be true for themselves

And . Well unknown yet to be discovered and unknown lifeforms and intelligence. I'm not saying E.T is about to come sauntering out of my garage with a glass of milk and an anal probe...no one said that...but to bolieve in anything is an individual arrival. No one is trying to turn it into an excepted must state fact. Hence the speculation and acknowledging the possibilities are there.
