how's the injury healing?

i think its pretty much recovered, but from time to time it still feels tight, and it still hurts once in a while, i think its a muscle between my ribs that i just keep damaging to a lesser extent, as opposed to a few months ago its fine, but i think i keep reinjuring it, or maybee i damaged something to the point it needs repair

whatever the case i can just ignore what little pain is still present, and im thinking it just swells up, as anti inflamitories get rid of the discomfort but tylenol doesnt
