Any decent artist will have a porfolio they will happily let you browse through.It's just that tats are so popular nowadays and anyone can set up a shop,a lot of folk are getting caght out by the 'cowboys'.

Make sure you know what you want and that the design will still mean something to you in years to come!i havent got any tattoos but i'd like one.

WOW! I've a strict policy not to rag anyone else's ink, but I've seen prison $h!+ that's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better.
My upper arms are covered (half sleeves) and I've had them done from Florida to Texas.
Ask to see a portfolio, if it's not expansive and impressive, go somewhere else.
