i bruised my knee in football and now its in pain wen i step with my left leg. theres a big bump and it hasnt been going away, doesnt any one know what excersices or streches will make it feel better?

one time i was thrown onto concrete playing USandAfootball, my knee would give out sparatically for a few monts after that, it went away tho, ive hurt my legs far more then the average person and from my expierience, if you give it time the pain will USUALLY subside
