At what division and why?
I forgot, one of my faves Ishe Smith....
Mora Manfredo and Smith
they're all shit
What divisions these fighters can really be good at. I know Manfredo is at SMW can he keep up with those power punchers. Also, when will Ishe fight and at what division?
I think Gomez looked pretty good because he was fihting above his weight on the show, if he drops down and gets the expeirience he could go a long way, he showed a lot of heart.
although the show was edited badly so who knows really .
Mora could be something, but he should be at 154 and needs to use his jab.
Manfredo is skilled but he is out of his weight class.
Ishe is Ishe but he has an ego issue.
And what about that guy that fought on Shobox that Ishe beat on the Contender Kaddur? he could be something too.
He fought on SHOWBOX about a year ago and has'nt fought since, talk about drive and desire!Originally Posted by Starr
Maybe because Shobox is unedited
ahmed went on as an amateur with a record of 81-1-0....and he claimed that he was robbed
Ahmed fought once and i havent seen him again...
Mora will be very good at 154,
Manfredo needs to pack his bags and go home..
The only one I can see going big ttime is Gomez. He has a good 1,2, but I still don't know much about him. I think they're all fringe contenders at best.
Manfredo at SMW at best is a fringe contender, a gatekeeper type of fighter. He doesnt have the power to stay with the big guys of this division, just repectable power. I think he would be better if he moved down a weight class or two. Could win a world title against the right fighter.
Mora, doesnt have any real power to respect. At best he will be a fringe contender/gatekeeper for his division.
Gomez: has a lot of heart, but I feel he lacks technical ability. I think if he could get with a top trainer then he could be a lot better, but is limited right now.
Ishe Smith: good boxer has good ability could win a title down the road.

Sergio "the Latin snake" Mora is definitely going places in the middleweight division. His latest win over Termeliksetian was an impressive display of power punching. He's not a pure, clean fighter but he gets the job done, sometimes boxing on the outside, sometimes banging inside. I don't think he's good enough to win a belt though, but should give any of the top middleweights a good fight. With a little luck he might get a big win in the next few fights. We'll see.Originally Posted by Mintymen
Peter Manfredo is doing well too. His win over Scott Pemberton made a believer out of me. I think he would do a bit better as a middleweight but apparently he can't train down that far anymore.
Jesse Brinkley "ain't goin' nowhere" as Joe Frazier used to say. He just lost to Joey Spina in a fight that he would have won on points if he had just ran the last 2 rounds. A body shot started the trouble for him and then he was taken out. Brinkley is an excellent, well-schooled boxer but he looks soft around the middle and it shows when he takes a heavy body shot. If he doesn't strengthen his midsection he's finished as a fighter. All the other fighters and trainers know that he's soft down there now.
I don't know enough about Alfonso Gomez to say anything.
Alfonso Gome I'm from Puerto Rico but I love to watch thos dude Box is a thing of beauty
