    They're changing the goddam rules all the time and my opinion is to favour certain fighters. First they stopped knees to the head, then you couldn't hold & knee, then only throw one knee. It's moved to suit kickboxers who tend not to knee anyway.

    Since I rarely watch K-1 I honestly don't care what rule changes they make....But, if they are making rule changes it must be because they are not satisfied with their product...I don't watch K-1 because of all the holding...If I wanted to see holding I would watch the UFC...when I want to see action I watch boxing....when I'm bored I turn on K-1..and stay bored....I think they are trying to liven up the sport....
    It feels good to be back home.

    to be fair there is little holding in K-1 and there never was just like in superleague certain refs allowed it to go on longer than others. It does rob the fans and fighters from big knee ko's to the head with hands behind the head and stoping any form of clinch stops many fighters from working the knee they might as well ban knees full stop and hinder all mt trained fighters.
