If he fights anyone in the top 20 within the next year and is impressive he has a shot, until then Oscar seems content to have him fighting bums in Sacramento

I saw his last fight and he is still very raw. Doubt he will make much more improvement. He doesn't have much power either for his physique. He looks strong, but he's an average puncher.

He is the one that won ODLH's "The Next Great Champ" TV series. I wasnt to impressed with him from the show. Sounds like he hasnt changed much. I dont think he is anything of noteoworthy from what I have seen of him (not much lately).

Manfredo gains nothing by fighting Otis. Otis isnt even on the radar for anything, he won Oscar's show and then dissappeared.
