whats are some good exercises to get a rock solid punch?.
im not a real fast guy and i dont like to punch fast but i have a normal speed and would like to improve my punch so "when it hits you, It hits you" type deal.
i was thinking along the lines of
chess press..
dumbell curls,
solid crunchs
dumbell punching,
medicine ball workout
skipping
eliptical training
scattered amount of jogging
burpees
pull ups
and hand grips to codition my hands and knuckles.
is there any other exercises i should consider to get a bit fast but mainly a hard punch.? - thats basically all the exercises i does in a daily workout -.
