Default Hope for the Heavyweight Future

There is hope for the Heavyweight Division. His name is "Fast" Eddie Chambers. With a record of 28-0 with 16 KO's I think he has the potential to make some noise in the Division. He is a little undersized at 6'1 but he makes it up with his hand speed. If anyone saw "Friday Night Fights" recently you saw him light up another prospect Derrick Rossi. Another trait about him is he used to fight alot out of Philly so you know he got the heart. He would bring some much needed talent to this crappy division. Holla!

    I saw the Rossi fight.

He's a little bit small by today's standards but seeing as the majority of heavies are nothing but lumbering crap plodders it wouldn't surprise me if does pretty good.

A fighter with decent skills at 6'1" can make waves. Ive never seen Eddie Chambers fight though...

I've never seen Eddie Chambers fight but his resume looks like he is coming along nicely...he needs some exposure...

Personally I like Chazz Withersponn, he appears to have all the tools and pedigree needed to succeed...now we have to see if Don King freezes him out because of his fued with uncle Tim?

He looked good against Rossi but he aint a heavyweight. He's about 215 lbs and podgy as hell. Not as bad as Toney but he makes Roman Greenberg look trim.

He could easily make cruiser, probably light heavy if he was ripped.

I'll admit he's pudgy but isn't have the division? Furthermore his hand speed will make up for his physique.

Yeah but it's no fun watching a fat guy win the title. I think if he just cut down on the fat and put some mscle on it would be fine. Couldn't take him to long.

But I like Chambers. He puts his punches together beautifully, very accurate puncher and has great timing. He's a bit flatfooted, but he slips punches fairly well and has great poise on the inside. Just an all around beautiful boxer who gets stronger as the fight goes on.

    But that weight worries me.

I think Chambers can do well, I was talking to someone who was saying he is a product of the Philly gym wars which shows through with his poise in the ring.

Can definitely make some waves, but I don't think he's the future of the division!
