Default my home-made double end bag (PICS N' A VID)

So I had to stop going to the gym for a few weeks to concentrate on my exams. Anyway I decided to try and make a basic double-end bag to stop me going crazy

Its a lot of fun to mess around on and really easy to set up. whenever I'm bored at home I put it up.
Heres a short vid of me using it (please excuse the embarrassing right uppercut at the end )

I've seen one of those a few years back and always wanted to give it a try. I guess I never had the need because I have a nice heavy bag and speed bag here at my home.

That's quite impressive, especially considering you are hitting an object as small as a moving tennis ball! Well done...

It is brilliant, I have been using it for the last 25 years.
