Default Can Vitali Klitschko accomplish something that Joe louis fail to do

Joe Louis was just 23 years old when he become Heavyweight champion of the world as a boxer
Vitali klitschko was just 22 years old when he become the Super Heavyweight world champion of kicboxing.
Obviously joe louis wouldn't last 20 sec in any MMA ring/cage against Klitschko
Just look at what happen to Ray Mercer against a Kickboxer , (not a world champion Kickboxer). And am not talking about the kimbo fight since ray mercer was 46year old.
The fight am talking about lasted just 5 secs as Ray mercer was KO by 1 kick from Remy Bonjasky. This fight is something like 10 years old

Anyway going back to Joe Louis and Vitali, Joe louis is the only one to make the most consecutive defences in boxing. Joe louis is also one of the few fighter to lose a professional fight before becoming a world champion
Vitali is the only person ever to become world champion kickboxer and world champion boxer. Vitali is also the only Wbc HW world champion that has never been knockdown
Joe Louis has no other quality apart from boxing.
Vitali was not only a world champion in another sport but has many other quality, Vitali is already big force in politic and has a p.h.d. Vitali also has a younger brother who is consider to be the Greatest ever fighter and at this time is the no1 Heavyweight in the world.
Both Brother also give million of $ away to the African charity.
Joe louis came out of retirement at age 36 after a 2year lay off and fail to win back the title as he was finally KO into retirement by the young Marciano (184lb fighter)
Vitali Klitschko is coming out of retirement at the age of 36 after almost a 3year lay off with some serious injury so it much more of a difficult task for him than it was for Joe Louis to win back the title.
But Vitali who seem to have one of the strongest ever Character like Muhammad Ali may be successful the way Ali was after his 3 year lay of.
Maybe this topic should have been called Can Vitali succeed like Ali did after a 3 year lay of. Oh! damn!
I hope no one take this the wrong way but Joe louis was very strong physically and weak mentally so once he doesn't the physical strength then he finish
But boxer like Ali and Vitali are very intelligent and Ali doesn't need no p.h.d to prove it. It was really Ali Intelligence that kept him 10 time better than the other fighter even after a 3 year lay off.
Now Vitali and his Brother Wladimir have a chance to do something beyond any fighter has accomplish and that is both brother holding the Heavyweight world championship belt at the same time

I still am not sure about how Vitaly and Louis are even remotely linked in that whole article but ...I do know this....Remy is a BAD S.O.B...Seen many of his fights over the years

I must admit I've always thought of Vitali as a bit of a quitter to be honest. A great boxer no doubt, but I think he's sees boxing more as a sport than as a fight. Pulling out against Byrd in a fight he could well have still won even with one arm and retiring through injury rather than risk a defeat he just never really excited me.

I'm sure he'll beat McCline and go on to win another world title, he's certainly good enough, but I wouldn't expect him to stay around and defend it against anybody remotely dangerous. It will be a quick hit and run mission, come in, grab a belt taking as little risk as possible and then retire again.

Hope I'm wrong but that's how I see it going.

Lost a lot of respect for Vitali when he tried to come back & fight Maskaev before Peter. I blame that more on Maskaev trying to duck Peter though.
Thing for me is I hope Wlad fights the winner of Peter/ Maskaev so the winner will be recognised as the Ring champion. Having both Klitschko's claiming to be the champions would be nothing but bad for the sport IMO!
In saying that I sure Vitali cleans up McCline easy!
