I agree Nelson took Gomez's best shots and kept coming he would take Pacquiao shots i think Nelson was excellent fighter he only lost once at Featherweight to an ATG prime Salvador Sanchez while only having 13 pro fights and giving Sanchez all he could handle.

Pacquaio KOed already a younger and a prime Barrera.
Had Barrera went all the way to fight Pacquaio, he would have been KOed at the tenth round.

You're not getting alot of responses because it's a pretty simple question to answer. Azumah Nelson. By knockout. The professor was a once in a million type fighter.

The more i watch Azumah Nelson the more im liking him i watched his fight with Gomez few days ago that was a classic.

When people speak of Nelson, they speak with the same tone and feeling as if they were speaking of JCC, Pep, Armstrong, Wilde.
He's one of the littler fighters who was just so good he astounded people

CC returned Ice, And for some reason, (iv got no idea why) i always associate him with Nino Benvenutti. I think it must be because i was introduced to them at around the same time, but when anyone speaks of Nelson i think of Benvenutti after
