I have to agree with Eagle I hope Traver gets KTFO!!! But in honesty IMO he is too experienced for Dawson...I like Dawson and think he is a good fighter but when ever Tarver is around I know the night is always going to end bad

Since beating Adamek Dawson has got some defences under his belt (pun intended...whatcha gonna do about it?) and I think he's got a good chance of beating Tarver, who has really done absolutely nothing in the past two years except lose and cash cheques for beating mediocre opposition.

If it happens I really hope, like Eagle says, that he gets KTFO.

I'm playing follow the leader on this one and I hope Tarver gets put to sleep. I like Dawson and enjoy watching him; and hopefully he'll do the thing on Tarver.

Dawson mentioned a possibility of Glen Johnson last night (love the coat).Tarvers glorified sparring session was like putting needles under my fingernails.I think Dawson beats him but I'd much rather see traver fight with the lights off.He has the "Look" of a guy ready to No-mas IMO

I can only hope that Chad takes Tarver apart.

Well at 1st a couple of months back I was thinking BCD just wasn't ready for someone as seasoned as Tarver.

Didn't get to see either of them in the last fights...so it's hard to say...but a name of Tarver's magnitude would look really swell on Dawson's record. The thing is...the last time I saw Dawson fight was against Adamek (I think) & while Dawson won...Adamek was able to catch Dawson a few times...a few stunning times...& that really really made me sweat it.

People can write Tarver off all they want...hell...I'll even jump on that bandwagon...but before I get onto Dawson's wagon full speed ahead...I want to see him in action a bit more.

He's fun to watch & explosive as fwock...but he's got a shitty defense...& against some of the second tier names @ 175lbs he's gonna have some troubles.

Hell he'll have some trouble against some of the elder ex-champs...I'd be worried for him.

I'm just a bit curious as to why no one has really been screaming Glengoffe Donovan Johnson?

He'd be a perfect gauge for BCD's future prospects. Think about it, 11 losses or not, Johnson's a tuff pill to swallow on any given Saturday.

So let's say that Tarver aint an easy sell...maybe that he even runs from the young buck...would anyone here like to see Dawson jump into the January 5th spot against Johnson?

I'm just curious...because honestly...I don't think that Tarver will want to face him.

Well i dont know what to think of Taver and and the thing is he looks like he is going to fall asleep in that ring it is funny.

Dawson called Johnsons Name last night,said it was possible.
Tarver looked like a runway model on tour last night.He really came across as routine.Poor Santiago was a guppy in the Atlantic and IMO Tarver still stank it out.
I had to get a refund last month on Johnson vs. Reggie Johnson down here.Mad respect for Glenn and He Is a threat to both.Tarver at 39 needs to turn it up next fight or he will fade away..........Via Left hook hopefully
