Default Michael Jennings - Ross Minter

Is going to happen now for sure. Listed on boxrec and I spoke to Mick myself. This is going to be a good match up and brings a lot of promise. Both cannot afford another loss and I hope they both bring thier A game to this fight.

I think mick has that more expereince and fight tempo, with fast hands and will fight a UD here. He looked so fast against Takaloo and I think he will take Minter. Will be a good fight but I think hes just too good for him.

To be honest Ive not seen a great deal of Minter but I would have to agree, Jennings outpoints him comfortably, a KO would be impressive.

Minter is good but he just hasnt faught anybody of an outstanding class. His dad was amazing back in the day, so he has it in his blood. He needs this fight to maybe push something in his future. A loss her would be very bad for him. He was unlucky in that contender fight, he was winning and got caught with a good shot. Hes a good bloke though and took it well, i wish him luck!

Jennings is a little fighter that I like, his fight against Takaloo on the undercard of Calzaghe-Manfredo was a little gore-fest!
I do feel that he lacks power slightly, but similar to Juan Diaz he has that "sticktoitness" that allows him to be quite entertaining and effective. He wins this over the distance for me.
