I just read that this fight is set for March 22nd on HBO. The replay of JMM vs. PAC II will also be shown on this day.


Katsidis will prevail....

Casamayor may of looked bad in his last fight, but i still don't think Katsidis is that great except for he is exciting. If Casamayor is up for the fight he should out box Katsidis comfortably.

That's cool; I was hoping Kats or Diaz would get put in there with him. I'll take Kats to win, but I'm betting Casa will get up for this fight and not be real easy on Michael. Hope Kats puts him to sleep though. Thanks for the heads up Mick.

I think Joels been in a slump and hasn't looked the part in his last 2 outings. I'm hoping this continues and Kats capitalizes on it.
I think Casa missed the better part of his career trying to make fights happen instead of at least keeping busy. Margarito did the same and paid the price. Casa was lucky to get the win vs. Santa would he have lost I think Kats would possibly be fighting Nate himself instead of Diaz.

Not just in his last fight but even in the fight before the Santa fight he looked off beat and he was not the same 'Cepillo' we had seen before.
He's lost a step or two as of late and I think Kats will take advantage of that.

Im going to go against what most people think, and im going to say Casamayor will be well up for this fight and hand out a boxing lesson against Katsidis.

Joely smoke! The K-Man will end Casamayor's career, if Joel turns up and fights like he did last time out then the K-Man will win.

Casamayor is there to get got.He was tired,slow and punchy against santa cruz.Santa Claus came early for Him via gift descision.Katsidis will be all pressure and cannot allow Joel to Breath.......He can not outbox Casa Imo and must keep him on heels and off balance and hope his ( Katsidis's) face holds up.
Santa -cruz should get winner..........but it wont happen!

Good to see Casamayor fighting so soon again. That once a year fighting was killing him. Katsidis is an exciting fighter. But he's not in Casamayor's class. Even at this stage in Casamayor's career he beats Katsidis

I see Katsidis kickin his ass. Less Casamayor shows up in at least the shape he did against Chico in their third fight. I'd love to see Katsidis stop him, but I doubt that would happen. At worst Casamayor goes into survival mode like he did against JLC.

That was fast, seemed like Diaz-Katsidis was on like last week,Golden Boy isnt messing around. Looks like Juan Diaz is gonna wait out his contract with King. GBP has both of these guys right? I know he signed Casamayor, but does he have Katsidis signed too?

Juan will now take on Nate Campbell about 2 weeks before this match up in early March I think...

and GBP shares promotion with Kats.

I though Casamayor was supposed to rematch Santa Cruz?? Didnt the WBC say it was mandatory after they reviewed the fight, WTF? Either way Casa will be better against Katsidis win a decision.
