Pitbulls are instinctively dominant, you cant have males together, they will inevitably fight if they weren't raised together from puppies. Once one achieves dominance the others wont fight anymore. The scary thing is when they fight its vicious, they lock their jaws, and you need to jam a stick in their jaw to make them let go. I saw this first hand when my friends pit attacked his other dog. This dog could bite on to something like a towel and you could swing him around and he wouldnt let go....they are strong fuckers. Its weird tho because my other friend has a pitbull that is like a lap dog, he wouldnt hurt a fly.

That's somewhat true but not entirely accurate. Different breeds of American pitbulls are no different than any other dogs, in that if they are domesticated, they will never assert their aggression on any other animal or person without reason. Nearly any dog can be trained to fight, pitbulls just so happen to be among the most ferocious and powerful. Most dogs are naturally territorial, but most pitbulls who fight are not born to fight, they were bred to fight.

Not that I'm backing RJJ in what he's said one bit, but if he says he's letting his own dogs fight each other, it's not quite the same as breeding them so they can be put in a pen and watched by 2-300 people with those people betting on the first dog to die.

It's still a serious issue, and I realise why the animal health people are horrified by it, but he's treading a thin line by speaking like this.

I agree. Most animals will build their own Hierarchy. In a group one will go for dominance over the others. If that is all Roy is doing, then fine. It is no different than what happens in Zoo's with other animals confined to the same space. If he is indeed breeding them for fights and betting, well then he will get his.

I personally don't think he would come out and say what he did if he knew what he was doing was illegal. He knows what Vick has faced and he also must know his situation is different.

Pitbulls or any other dog do not lock their jaw, the only animal that can lock its jaw is the badger

Jones can say what he wants, hes long since been relevant in any sense

I disagree with one thing here. Roy Jones ain't exactly Albert Einstein. The idiot basically just incriminated himself. A person with more than a modest IQ would not come out and say something they did that was illegal, however no one's ever accused Roy Jones of being the sharpest tool in the shed.

Each to their own I guess a dog likes a good scrap as well as a human, maybe if they brought in some rules and properly regulated it it could become a good spectator sport.

So Michael Vick gets 2 years in prison and Jones comes out and admits to doing the same thing. Funny how the same people that were screaming about Vick don't give a shyt about Jones.

He might not be smart but he is way smarter than Titto ,he has to be the dumbest ever for fighting Roy. The way I see it Titto has two ways out of this ,looking at the lights or the canvas.

Tito is smart enough to know that he has no shot at resurrecting his career after this long so why not fight one more fight that's gonna be a PPV (meaning he's gonna come right back making huge $$$ in his first fight rather than climbing back up the ladder fighting nobodies that would probably beat him anyways) where he could lose his ass and its not gonna matter because he was fighting RJJ waaay outside of his normal fighting weight.

All this fight tells me is that Tito is broke.
