Default Timothy Bradley Vs. Jose Luis Castillo

I was checking the WBC purse bids, and saw that this fight is being put on the Peter-Maskaev undercard early March. Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley, some of you may know him from Telefutura and ShoBox cards. I think this is a good matchup of veteran against up-and-comer. At this point in their careers Bradley should be expected to win this, but Castillo is as seasoned as they get, I'm sure he will have some angle or approach that should give Bradley fits. Whats your thoughts, I am thinking Bradley is too young and fresh legged to get outboxed here but Castillo could test his chin, and Bradley hasnt been tested much so far.

Great test for Bradley. Castillo may be shot but he will still know every trick in the book, and it wont be an easy night for DESERT STORM.
On another note im glad Castillo is fighting a young up and comer rather than Margarito who some said he would have been fighting before the Margo Judah match was made. If Castillo needs to fight for money he should do it against less risky opponents.

I wouldnt watch that Castillo-Margarito fight if it was made, I like Castillo too much to see him get crushed like that. That matchmaker should be brought up on attmepted manslaughter charges

Guess it depends on just how shot Castillo is. I haven't really seen enough of Bradley to tell how good he is, he's an exciting fighter though.

Bradley isn't all that great. Jamie Ragel beat his ass a year or so ago. And Bradley got the gift decision. He's just a heavily muscled up looking motherfuker with decent boxing skills. I think Castillo should be able to take him if he has anything left at all.

I've only seen highlights of that one, but Rangel was stopped on cuts and all three scorecards had Bradley winning 79-73
