    Default The Right Gym

    Hey everyone,
Im almost 18 years old and am about medium weight. I usually go to a small size gym (like those in a condominium) that has like 4-5 basic machines: legs, chest, back, shoulders, etc. There are no bench pressing machines just those sit ones. What im asking is should i sign up for the standard advance gym, and work on those other machines, or am i too young to work out in a more advance way.

    Thanks for your help.

    Vadim
